Bond Ridge Builders was founded by Zack Bond, a lifelong Basking Ridge resident with deep roots in carpentry and general contracting. Zack entered the construction world straight out of high school, quickly honing his skills in custom cabinet and countertop making—an experience that sharpened his eye for precision and craftsmanship.

At just 22 years old, he launched his first carpentry business while attending Rutgers Business School during the evenings. His early work included custom built-ins, bars, bathrooms, decks, porches, kitchens, cabinetry, coffered ceilings, and wainscoting —all marked by attention to detail and quality.

Zack later expanded into commercial construction management, overseeing major projects across New Jersey, New York, and Florida. Managing jobs ranging from $1M to $20M, he led scheduling, subcontractor coordination, permitting, inspections, and client relations for high-profile clients such as Amazon, Atlantic Health, Peloton, Bloomberg, and Siegfried.

After gaining extensive industry experience and building a wide network, Zack has returned to his roots in residential construction and renovations. He’s assembled a team of skilled, reliable, clean, and professional carpenters dedicated to delivering exceptional home improvement and renovation services tailored to every homeowner’s needs.
